We are always so grateful for the volunteer teams who selflessly give their hard work to help better Homes of Hope!
The most recent team came from New Zealand and toiled long hours weeding in our gardens.
We are also incredibly grateful to the Mullet family who has visited us many times. In the past they have helped improve our road so that taxis are now willing to come to our campus.
This year Myron Mullet started work on our new ponds. His expertise is critical in starting a new tilapia pond! What a great project he is doing at our campus. His family joined with him, too. His wife, Connie, joined with the moms whatever they were doing. That included baking new bread recipes! They stayed up until midnight baking cinnamon rolls for our breakfast! Wonderful!

We have given some time and funds to improve our ability to grow our own vegetables. We still need more sweat and money; care to HELP? |

Kana Levu (Big Feast) |

To all of our supporters who have been to Fiji, this one's for you! I know you all have put up with some very different food, i.e. dhal, cassava, dalo, bats, to name a few. Here's another one for you, and be thankful you weren't here when we had this feast!
To all of our supporters who are thinking of coming to Fiji, do not worry, they are not poisonous, and they are actually full of protein!
Our residents took these photos for all of you brave souls out there who have eaten pig's head, chicken feet, and bats with us. Even the children loved it! Enjoy! |
