Overview
The Officer will play a crucial role in supporting and advocating for the client’s needs through effective report writing and active engagement with families, and stakeholders. This position requires the ability to facilitate and conduct in-house training sessions and awareness programs. The officer will also work closely with the Integration Officer to ensure a client-centered approach is maintained. Networking with other service providers is essential to enhance service delivery.
Requirement
A qualification in Social Work _degree/diploma) and 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role.
• A background and experience in Counselling is also an advantage
• Demonstrated ability developing and implementing training programs.
• Must have experience in working with Microsoft Office and other software packages.
• Strong focus on staff development and coaching.
• A clean, current Fiji drivers’ licence will be an advantage.
• Experience and familiar with report writing.
• Familiar in working with Databases.
• Ability and willingness to work with communities, families, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate and Conduct in – house and community trainings and awareness.
• Facilitate Integration Preparedness (home visitation, conduct assessments, build connections with
• the communities,)
• Flexibility
• Advocate for the client centred approach.
• Ability to Network with other service providers
• Hindi and I-Taukei speaking will be an advantage.
