Overview
The officer possess demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing training programs with a strong emphasis on staff development and coaching. They are experienced in report writing and adept at working with communities, families, and stakeholders. They facilitate in-house and community trainings and awareness, integrate preparedness through home visitations, assessments, and community connections. Flexible and client-centered, they are strong advocates for this approach and proficient in networking with other service providers.
Requirement
A qualification in Social Work and/or Counselling (degree/diploma) and 3-5 years previous
experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability developing and implementing training programs.
• Must have experience in working with Microsoft Office and other software packages.
• Strong focus on staff development and coaching.
• A clean, current Fiji drivers’ licence will be an advantage.
• Experience and familiar with report writing.
• Ability and willingness to work with communities, families, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate and Conduct in – house and community trainings and awareness.
• Facilitate Integration Preparedness (home visitation, conduct assessments, build connections with
• the communities,)
• Flexibility
• Advocate for the client centred approach.
• Ability to Network with other service providers
• Hindi and I-Taukei speaking will be an advantage.
• Clean Updated Police Clearance
