LEADERSHIP & STAFF
Homes of Hope is a Fijian charity. The organisation was founded in 1996 by Suva business women and men. The next year, directors were hired to administrate the vision; the Roche family arrived to begin working with homeless youth. The vision was refined through finding many women on the streets caught in sexual exploitation.
From a humble beginning, Homes of Hope has grown to include a large residential 40-acre campus, an entrepreneurial training program, and community prevention strategies. To keep pace with the growth and need to provide for these three programs, Homes of Hope ensures that its staff is professionally trained with appropriate knowledge and skills through internal and external sources.
Presently, a wonderful mix of Fijian-borne staff members are leading the organisation’s management team. Homes of Hope’s Fiji board governs with wisdom and years of experience making the organisation an expert in offering restoration and empowerment.
