Overview
The Farm Caretaker is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the farm, understanding the local planting calendar, ensuring livestock health and safety, applying organic planting techniques, training residents on organic farming basics, and keeping records of all farm-related stock and equipment.
Requirement
• Maintaining and cleaning of the farm area and its surroundings.
• Understanding and knowing the local planting calendar
• Look after the health, wellbeing, and safety of the livestock
• Understand organic planting techniques and items used to encourage organic planting.
• Conducting trainings for the residents and communities that we work with on the basics of organic
• farming.
• Maintain records or all stock, equipment, machinery, and other items related or belonging to the farm.
• Clean Updated Police Clearance
• A Clean and current Fiji Driver’s License will be an advantage
